2021-2022 PTA Reflections Competition

Attention Country Parkway Artists!!! This year's PTA Reflection's contest is here!  Students in Grades UPK-4 are welcome to participate in this fun NATIONWIDE program and are encouraged to use their artistic talents to create a piece of artwork inspired by this year’s theme: I WILL CHANGE THE WORLD BY.  

Students may submit projects to one or more of six artistic categories which include: Literature, 2D/3D Visual Arts, Photography, Film Production, Dance Choreography, and Music Composition.  Projects will be objectively judged in the areas of Technique, Creativity, and Interpretation of Theme.

Projects and entry forms are due no later than Sunday, November 7^th by 3 pm!!! Please be sure to include an entry form and meaningful “Title” and “Artist Statement” with each entry.  An online fillable entry form can be accessed here.  The Artist Statement should communicate what inspired the work and how it relates to the theme and the artistic content.

Please note that entries will be on display during Parent-Teacher Conferences on 12/2, 12/3 & 12/6.  Country Parkway winners will be announced before December 10^th and winning entries will move on to the WNY Regional Competition.  EVERY ARTIST will receive a Certificate of Participation in appreciation of their hard work!  We are looking forward to seeing our Country Parkway students putting their artistic talents to good use.  Best of luck to each and every competitor!!!
